Who are we?

We’re a friendly and informal community church based in the heart of the Clandeboye Village area of Bangor. We’re a church family where you’ll experience welcome and life, community and caring, friendship and faithfulness, grace and forgiveness, hope and joy, fresh starts and second chances, and God’s love in action! Whether you’re new to the area, or Bangor is already your home, why not join us this Sunday at 11am. We’d love to welcome you!

Upcoming Events

There's always something happening at St. Andrew's. Check out the events below and get in touch with us if you would like to find out more!

CAP Money Course

CAP Money is a simple, yet highly effective money management course that teaches budgeting skills and a cash-based system that really works. This course will help anyone to get more in control of their finances, so they can save, give and prevent debt.

We’re partnering with Christians Against Poverty (CAP) to offer this CAP Money Course in our community. The service we offer is completely free.

Our new 3 week course is beginning on Wednesday 13th September at 7:30pm in St Andrew’s. It’s open to anyone from right across the community. Everyone is really welcome. And there’ll be tea, coffee and refreshments throughout each evening.

Men Behaving Dadly

Andy Lamberton is going to be hosting four relaxed conversations for fathers and father-figures from mid-January 2024 onwards, called ‘Men Behaving Dadly.’ They’re an opportunity to share stories, struggles and celebrations without taking ourselves too seriously. It’s suitable for every father or father-figure who wants to pass on faith to our children and young people. So do consider signing up!

Mums' Night Out - by Mums, for Mums!

Care for the Family is hosting a special evening for mums of all ages and backgrounds. It’s an opportunity to have a laugh together, to reflect on our role as mums, and to hear encouraging advice and support from women who understand. If you’d like to go, use the link below to sign up. Or get in touch with Gus, so that we can go together as a group from St Andrew’s. Feel free to spread the word and let other mums know too!

Looking for a Home Group?

Home Groups are a great way to spend time with others; making new friends and deepening existing friendships; reading and learning from God through His Word, the Bible; exploring what it means to live as followers of Jesus each day; and helping and supporting one another week by week. Home Groups meet at different times and places throughout the month. Some meet in homes, while some meet in the St Andrew’s Welcome Centre. Some meet weekly and others fortnightly. Some meet during the day time and others in the evenings. There’s something for everyone. If you’d like to get plugged into one, please get in touch with us.
